In-person therapy takes place in my office, where we meet in a quiet, private space designed to help you slow down and focus on yourself. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, integrating approaches such as Brainspotting, nervous system-based therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques when appropriate.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what has brought you to therapy, the changes you're hoping to make, and begin developing a plan that feels aligned with your goals. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
