Are you a BIPOC therapist ready to prioritize your own well-being without feeling like you’re leaving the community you love behind?

You want to reclaim your time and your health by raising your fees without leaving your community behind. I’m Dr. Pipkins, the person healers come to when they want to take care of themselves without hustle and grind. More about me later….Let’s get back to you.

You’re in the right place if You Can Relate to:

●      Feeling DONE with unpredictable income?

●      Fed up with  prioritizing your client’s mental health over your own.

●      Done with setting  cancellation policies, but not sticking to them.

●      Making do every month instead of enjoying your life to the fullest.

You dream of:

●      Predictable income.

●      Working fewer hours for more pay.

●      Serving your clients from your best self.

You’re ready to:

●      Be validated for taking care of yourself?

●      Talk to someone who agrees with your perspective.

●      Thinks it’s okay to like money.

Wouldn’t it be nice to:

See someone like you living a full and healthy life as a healer? Why not you?

Welcome to The Wellthy Black Girl Method

The Wellthy Black Girl Method is a step-by-step 8 week, outcome driven program designed to help you to build a mindful system to increase your private practice fees.

You will: Uncover, Clear, Plan, Create

  • Step 1) Uncover: Identifying the blocks, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that cause you to become nauseous when discussing money. This involves excavating, mending and breaking agreements from your family/ancestral money past.

  • Step 2) Clear: Locating where negative feelings about money land in your physical body. Then reducing overwhelm caused by talking about, managing and handling money. a) Externalizing the harmful societal, racial, gendered core beliefs you hold about people/you earning and having money.

  • Step 3) Plan: Feeling your vision, that is focusing on which feelings and experiences you want to create rather than just planning for the stuff you want to buy.

  • Step 4) Create: Core business policies that support a private practice that allows you to deliver high quality care to your clients without sacrificing your own financial, mental, emotional health.
