Helping Black Women and Gender NonConforming Professionals Feel Grounded Through Visibility, Identity and Career Transitions.
About You:
Likely, you are the first in your family to do many things. Perhaps:
You’ve been told you’re not Black “enough.”
You’re tired of being the only “one” in the room.
You bring a lot to the table and it goes unnoticed.
You often feel like you’re at the margins.
There just doesn’t seem to be a center for you.
You never feel like you fit in.
You’re ready to be seen on your terms.

I am Dr. Ly Franshaua Pipkins, Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
I primarily partner with Black Transgender and Gender Non-conforming (TGNC) professionals going through medical transition. My support offers an anchor for the psychological challenges that come with social transition. My clients say the most important thing I do is help them to feel seen and heard, so they can reach their goals outside of the therapy room.
